Efootball Netherlands has released its work in one of the eFootball and PES community forums under the title 'eFootball24 New Referee Whistle New Sound', and be prepared; this upgrade will enhance your game.
How to Install New eFootball24 Referee Whistle Sound
1- Unpack dt540_console_all.cpk (from efootball) using CriPackedFileMaker
2- Replace the files in ----> dt540_console_all\common\sound\match\acb and replace the original ones
3- Repack the cpk dt540 again
NOTES: Remember to always make a backup copy of the files you are going to replace, this way you can always go back to the previous version if something doesn't work as it should.

It has been completely rebranded from the original Pro Evolution Soccer (known as Winning Eleven in Japan) series. The game's first year, entitled eFootball 2022, was released on 30 September 2021. It was later changed to the game's second year, eFootball 2023, on August 25, 2022 and the game's third year, eFootball 2024 on September 7, 2023.
